Folies
Folies is the link between two skills in one approach of design. Jimena, Architect, is passionate of interior design, and the history of furniture. Eugenia, industrial designer, is dedicated to explore techniques and current materials to create objects of desire. They work together in each piece, to create textures and colors around structures inspired in the legacy of great designers. The bid is to create pieces that include three times: inspiration in the past, production using current materials and techniques for forefront (avant-garde) design lovers; their approach is to be the heritage of future generations. Folies invitation is simple: Set your legacy.
In Folies we believe that the designs need to go beyond the stereotypes, the trends and time. That when they break the norm and combine the technique, the handmade and technology they created innovative pieces that tell a story that do not sacrifice the style for functionality.
